Notecards by Mer Guarantee

At Notecards by Mer, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know within 7 days from receipt and we will exchange it or issue a refund (See Returns and Exchanges below).

International customers, please review our International Order Policies below.

Please note that Dogeared Make A Wish silk thread necklaces are intended to break and are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they arrive damaged. The magic of these special necklaces are when they wear off, your wish will come true! Enjoy and celebrate your wish, hope it was a good one. Make a Wish silk thread necklaces are not eligible for exchange or refund after 7 days.

Returns and Exchanges

Notecards by Mer is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or issue a refund according to our guarantee described above. To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Contact us for a Return Authorization Number and repack the gift in its original packaging, and if possible, with the packing slip. Refunds will not be issued for items returned without ALL original packaging in new saleable condition. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail) and retain your shipping receipt. Notecards by Mer is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Notecards by Mer is pleased to offer shipping service options to addresses within the US and its Territories via USPS. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total dollar value of your order. Please refer to our shipping rates table below.

International Orders

International customers - Please read carefully as the shipping, returns, fees and other order policies may differ for International orders from U.S. orders. All policies pertaining to International orders are listed below.

International orders are shipped via Priority Mail International. Estimated delivery time is

6-10 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping times for International orders will vary by country. We cannot guarantee delivery dates on International orders.

Please be aware that orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages. Notecards by Mer unfortunately does not have information on customs or duties, and we are not able to estimate the charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing your order. Notecards by Mer is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will Notecards by Mer issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.

There are no refunds or exchanges on International orders, so please review your order carefully. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave the U.S. and go through customs.
